TERMS & CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the above T & C's.
Competition Schedule:
Major Prize:
A luxury prize worth $900 at two exclusive Mosman businesses, which includes a $450 MOYA gift certificate and a $450 Public Dining Room gift certificate.
Both MOYA & PDR gift vouchers are valid for 6 months - redeemable until Tuesday 31 March 2027.
Includes:
A $450 gift certificate to spend at MOYA (Mosman or Castlecrag stores) together with a $450 gift certificate to spend at Public Dining Room, Balmoral Beach.
Entry Restrictions:
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Supplier(s) and associated companies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
How to enter:
To enter, individuals must fill out designated entry form at Public Dining Room or MOYA stores. Incomplete and/or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Prize Suppliers:
The Promotors are Watermark Restaurant Pty Ltd trading as Public Dining Room (ABN) 1947 544 6480 of 2a The Esplanade, Mosman NSW 2088 (ph: 02 9968 4880) and Fran Hennessy Pty Ltd trading as MOYA Sydney (ABN) 87515153255 of 591 Military Road, Mosman NSW 2088 (ph: 0404 896 227)
Promotional Period:
The promotion will start on Wednesday 1 July 2026 and end at 11:59pm AEDST on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
Winner Selection:
One Prize Winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries from an online random selector.
Prize Winner Notification:
Prize Winner will be notified in writing via email and telephone by 5pm on Friday 2 October 2026, and their first and last initial will be published on Public Dining Room and Moya Instagram pages and websites.
Redemption:
Gift certificates at both Public Dining Room and MOYA are valid until Wednesday 31 March 2027 and may not be exchanged for cash. PDR gift vouchers may not be used on special days such as Christmas Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Melbourne Cup Day, Valentines Day and public holidays.
Unclaimed Prize Clause:
The Prize Winner must collect the prize within 14 days - by Friday 16 October 2026. In the event the prize winner does not claim the prize within 14 days, the promotors reserve the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
General Terms and Conditions
1. Limit of one (1) entry per person is permitted during the promotional period.
2. By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive special invitations, news and offers and agree to be subscribed to the database from Watermark Restaurant Pty Ltd trading as Public Dining Room and MOYA.
3. The Promoters reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
4. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
5. The draw will take place at Public Dining Room on Friday 2 October 2026. The winner must collect the prize within 14 days - by Friday 16 October 2026.
6. The Promoters decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason the winner does not collect the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoters, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
8. Prize values are based upon the recommended retail prices at the time of printing (inclusive of GST). The Promoters accepts no responsibility for change in Prize value between now and the ultimate Prize redemption date.
9. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, the Promoters reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
13. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoters is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage arising in any way out of the promotion.
14. The Promoters collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties including agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoters may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoters. All entries become the property of the Promoters.
