Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We will deliver your merchandise to your delivery address by Australia Post Express Post if the delivery address is in Australia and by DHL Express Post if the delivery address is overseas. We may choose to use other carriers to deliver the merchandise to you.

If your order is over $300 AUD we will deliver the merchandise to you at no extra cost. If your order is under $300 AUD we will charge you an additional $15 AUD flat rate for delivery if your address is in Australia and a flat rate charge of $50AUD if your address is overseas.

We will endeavour to do our best to ensure that merchandise is delivered to you as soon as possible.

Delivery in Australia may take approximately 5 days.

Delivery overseas may take approximately 5-7 working days from postage. 

These are estimates of delivery times and if you do not receive your merchandise within these time estimates we will make every to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

“working day” means a day that commercial banks are open for business in Sydney, Australia.

If you wish to track your delivery, we will email you the tracking number.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

If you live in the Sydney Metropolitan area we can arrange to deliver the merchandise to you by courier, provided you place the order by 12.00 noon, and that at the time you place the order you make arrangements for same day courier delivery with us by telephone at the number on the Contact page and you pay additional courier fees.

“Sydney Metropolitan area” means postcodes 2000-2060, but please contact us if you live outside this area to discuss the possibility of courier delivery.

RISK OF LOSS

All merchandise purchased by you through the website will be delivered to you by an independent carrier which is not affiliated with us, or controlled by us. Title to the merchandise that you purchase as well as the risk of loss of the merchandise, passes to you when we deliver the merchandise to the carrier.

“Carrier” means Australia Post, DHL Express Post, any courier, or any other postal or courier service which we may choose, at our absolute discretion, to deliver the merchandise to you.
