Refund policy

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We will do all things reasonably necessary to deliver merchandise to you which matches the description and sample displayed on the website.

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or fit of the merchandise you may be entitled to obtain a refund, exchange or a credit note to the value of the merchandise, subject to the following conditions.

SALE or DISCOUNTED items are non-refundable. No exchange or store credit applied.

In order to arrange for a refund, exchange, or a credit note, you must:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery of the merchandise that you intend to return the merchandise and that you wish to receive a refund or exchange or a credit note;
  2. Fill in form on REQUEST RETURN OR EXCHANGE page provide us with proof of your purchase, if required; and
  3. Return the merchandise to us to the address on the boutiques page of our website, at your expense, in its original condition with tags attached.

 

“Credit note” means an amount of money that may be used on the website to purchase merchandise which is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue.

“Exchange” means a new item of merchandise of your choice to a price equivalent to the merchandise you return.

“Original condition” means that the merchandise is still in an “as new” condition, it has not been worn or otherwise used by any person and the designer garment tags are attached in their original position on the merchandise;

“Refund” means payment to you of a sum of money equivalent to the purchase price of the merchandise you return.

Merchandise that is damaged, or soiled in transit to us will not qualify for refund or exchange.

In order to be entitled to an exchange, refund or credit note we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date we sent you the order confirmation. Time is of the essence. If we do not receive the merchandise in this time then you are not entitled to receive a refund or exchange or a credit note.

If you satisfy all the above stated conditions, we will either provide you a refund or exchange. You will be obliged to pay additional delivery fees with respect to the delivery of the new merchandise before we deliver it to you.

You are not entitled to a refund of the original delivery charges.

If we do not receive the merchandise from you within the stipulated time, we may, at our absolute discretion, give you a credit note to the value of the merchandise that you returned to us, provided all the other conditions are satisfied.

If you are not entitled to a refund or an exchange then you must arrange collection of the merchandise from us at your own expense.
