On all online full price purchases, we will exchange or offer a store credit and we will refund if you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Sale Merchandise has a no refund policy, but I am happy for our clients to call with queries on any style, size, colour etc. before you make a Sale item purchase.  We are more than happy to make your online buying experience with MOYA an easy process.
